Let us do the heavy lifting for you! We offer a pickup service for a small fee.  If you are located within the following postal codes contact us to schedule a pickup and help keep your plastic waste out of landfill!

We offer a simple and sustainable way to keep common household plastics out of landfill. Through our local partnerships, we collect and repurpose #2 (HDPE) and #5 (PP) plastics—giving them a second life in the circular economy.

✅ What We Accept

• #2 HDPE: Laundry detergent bottles, shampoo containers, cleaning product jugs
• #5 PP: Yogurt tubs, takeout containers, reusable food packaging, pasta bags

All items must be:

• Clean and dry
• Label-free (if possible)
• Price is per 1 x shopping bag. Maximum 3 x bags per order.

📋 Pickup Guidelines

1. Book Ahead: Schedule your pickup.
2. Prep Your Plastics: Rinse and dry all containers. Remove labels and caps if possible.
3. Use Reusable Bags or Boxes: Clearly label for The Green Jar
4. Place Outside by 9 AM: Leave items at your designated pickup spot on the scheduled day. Leave note re: locaton at checkout.
5. No Mixed Plastics or Contaminants: We only accept #2 and #5 plastics in clean condition. If it is dirty, we cannot accept the items. If the occurrence happens repeatedly, then future bookings will be cancelled.
