  What absorbency of tampon should I use? joni tampons come in three absorbencies: regular and super. Always choose the lowest absorbency for your flow. If you’re new to tampons begin with joni regular tampons and level up to super if necessary.
  Tampons should be changed every four hours and never longer than eight hours.
