Drop 1/2 - 1 stick into your water bottle.

Add warm water to the hot water slowly, to avoid overflowing the mixture.

Soak 15 minutes to overnight, for the stick to fully dissolve and release its cleaning agents.

Give your bottle a good swirl and rinse, and you're all set!

Repeat if necessary.

• Avoid contact with the mucus membrane. If irritation occurs, flush thoroughly with water for 5 minutes.
